Terms
Last updated October 2, 2026 · Version 2026.10
Please use this website honestly and respectfully. It tells you about the Foundation; any gift or partnership is agreed directly with us, not through the site.
1. About these terms
These terms apply to your use of this website, operated by the ISI Academy Foundation. By using the site you agree to them; if you do not agree, please do not use it. Our Privacy Notice and Cookie Notice explain how we handle information.
2. Who may use the site
The site is meant for parents, guardians, supporters and partners. Anyone may read it. Forms are for people aged 13 or older; if you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian before sending us anything.
3. Information on this site
We work to keep what we publish accurate and current, but it is general information about the Foundation and its mission. It is not financial, legal, tax, medical or recruiting advice. Describing what support can make possible is not a promise of any particular outcome — a scholarship, a team place, admission or a professional opportunity — for any student-athlete.
4. Gifts and offers of help
Sending a form tells us what you have in mind; it does not create a gift, a pledge or any obligation for you or for us. We will reply personally, and the details of any gift — how it is made, any restrictions and any receipt — are confirmed directly between you and the Foundation. We may decline a gift that conflicts with our mission or the interests of students. Please confirm the tax treatment of a gift with us and your own adviser before making it; this website makes no statement that gifts are tax-deductible. A gift never buys preferential treatment for any student.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not submit false information, or information about someone else without their permission.
- Do not send spam, harass anyone, or attempt to disrupt, probe or gain unauthorized access to the site.
- Do not scrape the site in a way that burdens it, or use its content to train AI models without our written permission.
- Do not use the site for anything unlawful.
6. Names, marks, photographs and copyright
The ISI Academy and ISI Academy Foundation names, crest and logo, and the photographs, film and writing on this site belong to ISI Academy and the Foundation. Please do not copy or reuse them — especially photographs of students — without asking first. Photographs of students appear with the permission of their parents or guardians; to ask for a photograph to be removed, email info@isiacademy.info and we will act promptly.
If you believe something on this site infringes your copyright, email info@isiacademy.info with the work, where it appears, your contact details and a statement of good-faith belief, as the Digital Millennium Copyright Act describes. We will respond promptly.
7. Security research
If you find a security vulnerability, please report it to info@isiacademy.info (see our security.txt) and give us reasonable time to fix it before disclosing it. We will not pursue good-faith research that avoids privacy violations, data destruction and service disruption.
8. Accessibility
We are committed to a site everyone can use. See our Accessibility Statement for the standard we meet, the settings available and how to get help.
9. Links to other sites
We link to other websites, including ISI Academy’s. We are not responsible for the content or practices of sites we do not operate.
10. Disclaimer and liability
The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, the Foundation is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits any liability, or any consumer right, that cannot be limited or waived by law.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be heard by the state or federal courts located in California, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it there.
12. General
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. Not enforcing a term is not a waiver of it. We may update these terms; the date and version above show when they last changed, and changes apply from then on.
