Policy
Equal opportunity
Last updated October 2, 2026 · Version 2026.10
Opportunity is the whole point. The Foundation supports student-athletes without discrimination of any kind.
Our commitment
The ISI Academy Foundation does not discriminate on the basis of race, colour, national or ethnic origin, ancestry, religion, creed, sex, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, pregnancy, disability, medical condition, genetic information, age, marital status, citizenship or immigration status, veteran or military status, or any other characteristic protected by law — in the support it offers, the students it helps, the people it works with, or the partners it accepts.
This reflects the protections of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination Act of 1975, and the California Unruh Civil Rights Act and Education Code, to the extent each applies to us — and we hold ourselves to them regardless.
Students of every background
Support from the Foundation is based on need, effort and commitment — the hustle — never on a family’s ability to give. Giving to the Foundation never buys a place, a role or preferential treatment for any student.
Disability and reasonable adjustments
We make reasonable adjustments so disabled students, families and supporters can take part fully, and we provide information in accessible formats. See our Accessibility Statement.
Raising a concern
If you believe you have been treated unfairly, email info@isiacademy.info with “Equal opportunity” in the subject. We will acknowledge you promptly, look into it fairly and confidentially, and tell you the outcome. Nobody will be retaliated against for raising a concern in good faith.
You may also contact the US Department of Education’s Office for Civil Rights, the US Department of Justice, or the California Civil Rights Department.
